Are you feeling the need for some comfort food, but still want to eat clean? These biscuits will definitely do the trick.  Fast to put together and super yummy, yet at the same time, are gluten free, grain free, and dairy free ... who can ask for more than that? Serve warm with a little butter, honey or no sugar added jam. Enjoy! Ingredients 2 1/2 cups almond flour (blanched) or almond meal 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. Cornmeal Griddle Cakes

Here's a light and fluffy "pancake" that's mildly sweet with a hint of crunch.  Although higher in calories than some, each griddle cake contains 4g of fiber and 5g of protein.  They contain no refined sugars or flours and are naturally gluten free.
